Through the eyes of a 5 year old

At the memorial service for Mammy last week Anderson saw her body in the casket and had the following conversation with Benay:

Anderson: "Did Mammy get shot with a bullet in a war?"
Benay: "No."
Anderson: "Was she a soldier in an army?"
Benay: "No."
Anderson: "Then why is she dead?"
Benay: "Because she was really old and parts of her body just stopped working."
Anderson: "What part?"
Benay: "Her heart. Do you feel your heart beating inside your chest?"
Anderson: "Yes.......So why is she not in heaven?"
Benay: "Well her spirit is in heaven but her body is here on earth. Her body is just like some old clothes that she left behind but she is in heaven now."
Anderson: (long pause) "So she's naked?"

We just love how his mind works.
