Weekend-Post 1

We had a very busy and good weekend.  We are going to break it down over the next few days.

We realize that only a couple of girls in Texas will really care about all the details. We apologize to the rest of you.

On Friday night Carys' class had a party. They chose a Halloween theme. Everyone dressed up.

My girlfriend volunteered this year to be a room mother so we got to go early to set stuff up. This was after my girlfriend worked all day to make cookies and cupcakes for the party.

Everything you see below was made or designed by her.  Carys helped a lot and decorated the giant cookies herself.

She did a great job, as usual, with everything.

There were about 10 mom/dad couples there as well.

We all had fun and my girlfriend and I made some new friends. God also blessed us with some possible  future English students for our school. Nice, unexpected surprise.

So even though we got in bed at 1:00 a.m. (we normally are out by 10:00) it was worth it to see Carys having such a good time.
