Hino Nacional

Brasil played the opening game of the World Cup on Thursday.

We were invited to another city to watch it with some of our best friends.

We had a ball.

Before the game started both national anthems were played. In Portuguese we call it the "Hino Nacional."

For time reasons FIFA doesn't allow playing all of the anthems before the games. Some are pretty long so FIFA just plays a part.

They played a part of ours and then stopped. This is what happened next:


You can say our country is a little pumped up right now and national pride is pretty high at game time. We love it.
