Winding Down

We traveled to Memphis this past Monday.  It was the official last trip that our family will ever take all together in one car while in the states.
The picture is a pretty good representation of our many hours together.  There always seemed to be someone watching tv, someone happy, someone sad, someone picking their nose, someone putting on lipstick and someone in a general malaise.

Bronwyn goes to college next year and then Ansley follows close behind so we tried to enjoy our last time together as a huge family in one car.

We traveled together for almost 5,000 miles in just a few weeks.

We survived.  Nobody killed or badly wounded each other after sitting so close for so long.  Not bad.  We actually had some fun times along the way.

Thanks for your prayers for safety.

We have a couple of more trips left before we head home but for the most part we will be planting it here in Memphis until our plane leaves.

It's been a great trip to the states so far and we have lots more to share in the days/weeks to come.
